Arysta LifeScience Acquires Azocyclotin from Bayer CropScience
Tokyo October 11, 2005 – Arysta LifeScience today announced that it has
agreed to acquire azocyclotin, a broad-spectrum acaricide sold under
the trademarks Peropal® and Caligur®, from Bayer CropScience for global distribution. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
