Malaika Myers -- Chief Human Resources Officer
Malaika Myers is the chief human resources officer for Arysta LifeScience Corporation with responsibility for the effectiveness of human resources strategies and programs for Arysta LifeScience worldwide.
Myers has more than 20 years of professional human resources experience, including various senior management roles at Diageo, PLC the world's leading premium drinks business with a global workforce of more than 20,000. At Diageo, her roles included senior vice president, global organizational development, in which she was responsible for aligning organizational resources with business strategy; and senior vice president, global talent strategy, in which she oversaw talent management for Diageo’s top 800 executives worldwide. Myers also spent 10 years with PepsiCo, serving in her last role as vice president, human resources for PepsiCo sales.
Myers began her career in human resources at FMC Corporation, where she focused on employee relations and staffing issues. She received her master’s of business administration and bachelor’s of science degree in management from State University of New York in Buffalo.
