Bryan Koeppl – Global Head of Business Development

Bryan Koeppl is global head of business development of Arysta LifeScience Corporation, with responsibility for understanding the competitive dynamics in the agricultural chemical industry; recognizing new opportunities and identifying acquisition candidates; and implementing strategies for the company to achieve its acquisition and divestiture goals.

With a wealth of experience in corporate development and investment banking, Koeppl has a proven track record of success in mergers and acquisitions, business development and corporate strategy. He started his career with GE in corporate finance and subsequently took on more senior roles in auditing and mergers and acquisitions over a 12-year period.  Koeppl most recently served as the managing director, investment banking and corporate restructuring for Teneo Capital. Koeppl holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
